4D Technologies will provide you with a custom information system already populated with comprehensive CBT lessons and technical support answers. Your team will type their questions into the simple search box. Any possible answers are displayed as links to the actual files (textual answers and detailed AVI lessons) containing the requested information. These files open in the user�s browser window � no need to download multiple viewers!
An easy-to-use control panel allows your administrators to answer new questions and quickly publish the answers. View statistics on what questions are really being asked most frequently, the number of inquiries, track individual response times, etc.
Once you enter our interactive Demo, imagine your team, your clients, yourself being able to type in any question and being given an immediate and concise answer in any kind of format... If the answer hasn't been added to your database yet, a simple request for information will trigger your support process and automatically add the answer for future inquiries.
