IMPORTANT TECHNICAL INFORMATION UPDATE:
It has come to our attention that some customers (10% – 15%) are experiencing garbled audio with 4D Technologies’ CBT videos. The audio issue is caused by a change in the latest point release of Adobe® Flash® 9 (v9.0.115.0) that may result in garbled and/or high pitched sound. 4D CD/DVD Videos may also fail to exit to the menu when completed or stopped by the learner. We recommend and have tested, downgrading the browser’s flash version to v 9.0.47.0. Full instructions for this process are available in our FAQ.
